The Canadian Financial Wellness Group Inc provides affordable and highly effective services to individuals suffering from serious - to severe problems associated with student and everyday consumption debt. The CFW Group works with a socioeconomic approach as we target and treat financial problems as well as the social troubles that accompany such debt crisis.
The CFW Group's services will help you recapture control of your life.
What would be considered a severe problem or crisis?
a) Being pursued by aggressive third-party debt collection and legal agents
b) Undergoing a wage attachment (garnishment)
c) Having property and other assets seized, or a lien(s) anchored
d) Damage to personal relationships due to debt crisis
e) Experiencing tremendous anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and other stress related reactions because of economic issues
f) Feeling forced to go underground and hide from the system
g) Feeling that you should leave the country and seek residence elsewhere due to debt crisis
What is CFW Group’s “coaching service”?
The CFW Group’s coaching service is all about helping individuals by providing instruction, training, and encouragement in respect to achieving goals and developing skills. How you communicate and behave determines your success in the development of healthy and prosperous financial relationships within the financial community. Those of you who are experiencing trouble with debt and associated social woes will need to develop these skills so you can maneuver and interact properly within one or any number of financial environments.
What Are Intervention Services?
If your particular financial problem is serious, and you are unable to cope emotionally in dealing with collection agencies and/or their legal agents, etc; The CFW Group may intercede to address your situation with them so they will have a better understanding of you and the economic barriers that you are faced with. This will deliver the preventative measures such as unnecessary collection and/or enforcement activities, combined with immediate relief of the stress associated with debt crisis. If you are in a situation where you would like to arrange comfortable payments towards your student debt, you can do so uninhibited by the third-party debt recovery industry's usual defiance. You can pay what you can afford with demonstration!
What does third-party consent mean in my case?
If you opt for intervention services, you will be required to issue a written consent authorizing The CFW Group Inc to communicate with and access information you’re your student loan providers, creditors, and associated collection agencies. Once you have issued consent, the recipients will be instructed to communicate with The CFW Group until further notice is given. (Also note that your lenders, and their parties, cannot communicate with The CFW Group about your case unless signed consent power of attorney has been issued.)
Can they contact me after this?
Collection groups who receive a signed consent with instructions may attempt to communicate with you from time to time for certain reasons, such as verifying data - or confirming information of whichever sort. In other cases, they do so just to see how far they can go - and what they can get away with. In this event, all you would have to do is remind the caller that they are to contact The CFW Group and they should do so, or notify The CFW Group immediately and request intervention. The CFW Group will approach any offending parties that demonstrate rogue or any other unprofessional behavior towards you.
It is important to remember that third-party debt collectors tend become very frustrated when you seek help of any sort. In some cases, collectors will behave irrationally and unprofessionally towards you - and the individual or group that you are appointing to assist you. The reason for this is because when you receive help in dealing with their usual business practices, collectors can no longer exercise power and control over you. Debt collectors are in the business to collect money so they can earn their commission, and there are cases whereas collectors go to extremes and even break rules to earn larger commissions, which is certainly not in your best interest (or their client's). If a collector contacts you by telephone after consent with instructions to cease communication has been issued, you are required to notify The CFW Group immediately, and we will address the agency and/or the student loan provider.
Does The CFW Group handle money that is to be paid to my creditors and loan providers?
No. The CFW Group is not a Debt Pooler, bankruptcy firm, or a business that offers a debt management program whereas you pay money to the company to then be disbursed to your creditors (non-profit debt pooling collection agency). Once you are ready to engage in any repayment after CFWG opens those doors of opportunity for you, you are in control of what you pay, and how you pay it.You are in total control - and you pay what you can afford.
