I have had my federal and provincial loans with CBV collections in Calgary. My accounts have been transfered to CBV toronto as my new agent said calgary branch is closing. When speaking with my new agent he did not have my loan acct numbers corresponding to the correct loans. I called him back after checking my loan documents "sorry my mistake" he says. Now i have to deal with another financial capacity form i already sent one to calgary last month. So depressed. Hope this guy won't be a jerk. Thanks for the opportunity to vent.
